Information
Regarding Terrorism

In most cases, companies affiliated for the AAIS umbrella programs must take filing action to adopt AAIS advisory terrorism endorsements. (Independent filing action is also required with respect to umbrella rating information in most cases.) Companies affiliated for other lines that have NOT granted AAIS filing authority for forms and/or rating information will also need to take independent filing action with respect to terrorism endorsements and rating information. Companies are advised to refer to the bulletins issued by the state insurance departments for the filing requirements that apply to terrorism-related filings.
