COP Rating System

Key Features and Benefits:

• Microsoft® Windows®-based system that rates and quotes policies based on the Commercial Output (COP) and COP-XL Programs

• Classification tables loaded into the program for easy look-up

• Separate deficiency point tables for spoilage and crime coverages

• Insured values and net normal losses automatically calculated

• Instructions for adjusting limits for supplemental coverages and coverage extensions

• Prints a summary quotation for the customer and a detailed quotation for the company

• File specifications available for transfer to other platforms

• Source code available upon request

Cost: $4,000 for first copy; $100 per additional copy without direct support from AAIS; $500 per additional copy directly supported (a LAN with the software stored on the server is considered to use one copy)

Electronic Forms and Manuals

AAIS forms, endorsements, and manual rules for most lines are available on disk in Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, and ASCII. The format, codes, and fonts have been selected for ease of importing into other software and into company policy issue systems.
