Rule Supplement Containing Information Regarding Certified Terrorism Losses Only Is Now Available In 3 States

Special "certified only" terrorism rule supplements have been placed on file, and are available for use, in the three states where non-certified terrorism filings are not scheduled to be made (FL, NY, and TX).

Bulletin 03-0270, which is posted to the AAIS open web site at http://www.aaisonline.com/terror/Bulletin/03_0270.htm, provides additional information and includes a copy of each state's supplement as an attachment.
