Special 06 03 Versions of the Certified and Non-Certified
Terrorism Exclusion Endorsements Now Available For Use in Alaska
Endorsements that can be used to exclude loss resulting from both
certified and non-certified acts of terrorism have now been placed
on file in the state of Alaska. The endorsements filed in Alaska
reflect an edition date of 06 03. Unlike the 01 03 exclusion
endorsements, the 06 03 exclusion endorsements contain
anti-concurrent causation provisions written in accordance with
Alaska Statute 21.36.212.
The state-specific information on the public web site has been
updated to reflect the replacement of the 01 03 endorsement
editions previously made available with the corresponding 06 03
endorsement editions.
Bulletin 03-0200, which addresses the company action required to
adopt the materials filed by AAIS, has been posted to the AAIS
open Web site at http://www.aaisonline.com/terror/Bulletin/03_0200.htm.
A copy of each 06 03 endorsement edition is also available as an
attachment to Bulletin 03-0200.
Bulletin
03-0200 will not be distributed in a paper format.
