Louisiana State File Numbers for Special Versions of the Certified Terrorism Endorsements Available

On March 13, 2003, Bulletin 03-0127 was posted to the AAIS open Web site to advise companies that special 05 03 editions of the certified terrorism endorsements had been filed in Louisiana as replacements for the 12 02 multistate endorsement editions that had initially been submitted. A copy of each of the 05 03 endorsement editions was also attached to Bulletin 03-0127.

However, up until now, the Louisiana state file numbers that companies would need to reference in any filing that was made of the 05 03 endorsements have not been available.

The state file numbers corresponding to the certified terrorism endorsement filings have at last been released to AAIS, and are now posted at the public web site at http://www.aaisonline.com/terror/LA.htm.
