Status of
Illinois Non-Certified Terrorism Filings Updated
The multistate 12
02 non-certified terrorism exclusion endorsements have been
approved in Illinois with an effective date of 7/1/03 for all
programs that AAIS files on behalf of affiliates. However, since
companies always must submit filings in order to adopt the
Umbrella endorsements, the proposed 4/1/03 effective date has not
been advanced for either the Commercial or Farm Umbrella
endorsement filings. The corresponding Web site posting has been
updated accordingly.
