Special 03 03 Version of Separate Line Item Disclosure Endorsement
(CL 0605) Filed For Use With Umbrella Programs in Virginia
AAIS has filed a special version of endorsement CL 0605 for the VA
Commercial and Farm Umbrella programs that can be used by
affiliated companies to satisfy the "separate line item"
terrorism disclosure notice requirement that became mandatory on
February 25, 2003.
The
Virginia Bureau of Insurance is requiring that any Commercial or
Farm Umbrella policies that have been issued with the CL 0605 02
03 endorsement edition be amended, as of the effective date of the
policy, to reflect the new 03 03 endorsement edition.
Bulletin 03-0180
provides additional information. Bulletin 03-0180, and a copy of
the 03 03 edition of endorsement CL 0605, have been posted to the
