AAIS Product Advisory - April 29, 2003

Florida Rating Information for Certified Terrorism Losses Revised Effective    June 1, 2003

The rating information used to calculate the premium charge when certified terrorism coverage is provided has been revised at the request of the Florida Insurance Department. The revised rating information, which is now shown on the AAIS open web site at http://www.aaisonline.com/terror/FL.htm, is effective on June 1, 2003. Companies are not required to adjust the certified terrorism premium charge that was calculated on the basis of the original terrorism rating information that was shown on the AAIS web site. However, companies should begin using the updated rating information for all policies effective on or after June 1, 2003.
