WHEATON, Ill., Feb. 28, 2005—Insurance
professionals who write property coverage for electronic data
processing exposures can sign up for a free Web-based seminar on
"Identifying and Insuring Web Site Exposures," to be
presented March 16 by the American Association of Insurance Services
(AAIS) and the Inland Marine
Underwriters Association (IMUA).
The seminar, which starts 1 p.m. Central time (2
p.m. Eastern), will last 45-60 minutes and feature two industry
experts:

William Yang, an independent Internet security
consultant. Yang previously served as IT security policy officer
for the state of Ohio and has been recognized for exceptional
service by the FBI. He will discuss the types of Web-related
property losses organizations can incur, and suggest ways to
mitigate them.

Robert Guevara, AAIS vice president for inland
marine, who will discuss policy forms and other information
provided in the AAIS Inland Marine Guide to address
Web-related exposures. The Guide is a leading industry
resource for forms, rating procedures, and other information for
the traditionally nonfiled classes of inland marine insurance.
The seminar is open to IMUA members and to staff
members of companies affiliated with AAIS for its inland marine
