State Requirements for Filings Submitted Using
The System for Electronic Rate and Form Filings (SERFF)

This table is taken from the 2005 edition of the AAIS State Filings Guide, a detailed resource of state requirements for filing forms, manual rules, rating information, and other materials. The Guide is provided free of charge to AAIS affiliates, and available for purchase by non-affiliates. To order a copy, contact Rick Maka at rickm@AAISonline.com or by calling 800/564-AAIS.

To the best of our knowledge, the information in this table was complete and accurate when compiled.  Filing requirements, especially those related to SERFF, are subject to frequent changes and reinterpretations.
