AAIS provides a range of services to help its customers implement, maintain, and customize AAIS programs, and to integrate those programs into company systems and operations.
Much of this program support is available online through the AAISdirect Internet service, the portal through which our core program resources are delivered.
AAISdirect provides fast, easy access to all product information, including forms, manuals, and bulletins. It utilizes intuitive navigation and advance search tools that allow your staff members at any location to work quickly and productively.
Among the supplemental resources available on AAISdirect are:
- Side-by-side coverage comparisons and advisory information such as sample declarations and disclosure notices;
- The AAIS Compliance Guide, with state rate and form filing requirements and other compliance information;
- Data sets in Microsoft® Excel and XML formats for easy downloading of rating information into company systems; and
- Automated rating worksheets for the nonfiled classes of inland marine and certain other programs.
AAISdirect also provides a portal for AAIS member insurers to access information provided by organizations in the AAISalliance of service vendors.
Also, educational materials supporting AAIS programs are available to
educators and trainers free of charge. The materials include
descriptions, analyses, and comparisons of coverages.
