Robin Souza, CPCU, AFIS, product manager of farm and agribusiness
Robin came to AAIS in 2015 from ACE Agribusiness, and previously served in agricultural insurance underwriting, loss control, and management positions with The Hartford, Commercial Union, CalFarm/Allied/Nationwide, Sequoia Ins. Co., and QBE.
Robin led the implementation of a complete new farm program for Sequoia, a project that entailed development of new policy forms, manual rules, and rates, plus execution of state filings and automation support. Today, Robin is leading an initiative to develop a comprehensive revision of the AAIS Farmowners Program.
Jennifer Kautz, AFIS senior product development specialist
Jennifer joined AAIS in January 2016 with nearly 12 years' experience with Allied and Nationwide as an underwriter, product analyst, and product manager for agricultural, personal, and commercial lines programs.
She began her career at Allied in 2003 as a personal lines territory underwriter, moved into farm and ag in 2006 as a senior product analyst, and was promoted in 2010 to an associate product manager in Nationwide’s Agribusiness division.
Jennifer holds a bachelor degree from California State University-Sacramento in business administration and has also earned the Agricultural and Farm Insurance Specialist designation.
